INNER PEACE. EMOTIONAL FREEDOM. RECONNECTION WITH SELF.

WELCOME, I’M TYLER.

Thank you for being here.

I’m a professional men’s coach and mentor guiding men through the process of becoming aware of the trauma and the attached protective mechanisms that were created to allow us to feel safe, validated, and secure in our lives.

I spent many years of my life building a tough & ridged exterior as a way to protect myself only to realize that I was actually disconnecting from who I was, my purpose, and the people I loved.

I’ve dedicated my work to assisting men through their own unique process of reconnecting with their truth, emotions, internal peace to unlock their internal power to live a deep and meaningful life.

We as men cannot create deeper intimacy or meaning in life if we are living in stress, on high alert, or if our defence mechanisms are activated. It is when we slow down, calm the nervous system and allow emotions to surface that we can begin to access our true essence.

Testimonials

“My daily practice is to wake and immediately bring my attention to this thought: “I am one day closer to my death. So how will I live this day? How will I greet those I meet? How will I bring soul to each moment? I do not want to waste this day.”

RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF.

Remember who you are.

It’s easy to become stuck in old habits and routines and loose sight of what is best for your being. When you slow down and listen to what your body and mind is telling you, you begin to discover what is no longer serving your truth and authenticity.

If you are interested in one on one coaching please connect with me for a free 20 minute consultation.

“The answer to the problem of suffering is not away from the problem but in it. The inevitability of pain will not be met by deadening sensitivity but by increasing it, by exploring and feeling out the manner in which the natural organism itself wants to react and which its innate wisdom has provided.”

—Alan Watts
